How to Deal with Exam Stress



Exam stress affects most students in different ways. Especially,us who just had our Midterm Exam last March 16. It is important to manage this stress and find ways of helping ourselves to eliminate it. 

Like taking regular breaks and schedule in fun things to look forward to. Go out for dinner with friends, have a milktea or just by talking about things you want to talk about and interested in just to lessen the stressful exam week.Spending a little time away from the books will leave you feeling more refreshed and relaxed the next time.Watch a film or a TV show that makes you laugh.Exercise and get outdoor activities and of course,get some sleep that you deserve from sleepless nights you have been.
